Admin doesn't understand rules, takes sides/favoritism

Why are you reporting them: He does not understand the rules and takes sides. A mayor had made me wanted for NO good reason at all, i had called Jonthon (after 6 times adverting/oocing his name) and he finally came. He put me in the admin sit, but was distracted, and ignored me for most of the time. When I finally told him that a mayor had made me wanted for no reason, he brought the mayor, asked him why, and the mayor said that because in a previous life (which is breaking nlr, a concept he DOES NOT understand) I had placed a hit on him, and once the hit was completed, I started my own vote for mayor. I did this more than once, because, well I wanted to be the mayor. The mayor tells Jonathon this, and Jonathon ignores everything I had just said and sided with the mayor, and told me I was targeting the mayor, which is a bannable thing. I was not targeting the mayor at all for any reason, the same person just happened to be mayor when I wanted to be mayor. I did not attack this mayor, I did not RDM him, I just placed hits on him when I wanted to be mayor. I didn't place a hit on him when he was a citizen or swat, so I was NOT targeting him. So when all I was trying to do was to get a player demoted from his mayor status for breaking the rules, I end up getting told I could get banned for what I am doing. Sounds fishy, right?
